Under the Prime Minister’s Decision 284/2006/QĐ-TTg for the development of the Nhon Trach Town in Dong Nai by 2020, the East Saigon Town development is part of that new town. It will be developed as a modern, world-class urban center on an area of 942 hectares. Its main features are:

● Being one of the industrial, commercial, service, tourist, education, science and technology centers of Dong Nai and the Southern key region.

● A transport hub of the Southern key region.

● It will play an important role in national security and defense in the Southern key region. Has favorable transport connection with: 

      The HCM City– Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway

      The Bien Hoa – Ba Ria Vung Tau Expressway

      The Long An – Nha Be – Nhon Trach – Ba Ria Vung Tau Expressway  

      The road linking District 9 of Ho Chi Minh City with Nhon Trach and Long Thanh International Airport.

With total investment capital of about USD 6 billion, the East Saigon Town, located in Phu Thanh, Long Tan and Vinh Thanh villages of Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province, is specifically designed as an eco-friendly, modern town with busy shopping centers, office buildings, health, education and sports services, high-rise apartment buildings, townhouses and villas. Financial feasibility appraisal by CB Richard Ellis:

An area of 759 ha has already been approved for the project. Tin Nghia is asking the provincial government for approval of an additional 183 ha to bring the total area to 942 ha. Therefore, the company has two development alternatives.
