Dong Nai is one out of Vietnam "s leading prospects in terms of economic development, particularly for its industrial strength developed in the key economic region of the south. Most industrial estates were located to the south of Bien Hoa city spreading longwise National Highway 51 about 47 km to Go Dau. Tam Phuoc Industrial Park is situated within the industrial estates master planning of Dong Nai province. Together with An Phuoc 1 I.P., An Phuoc 2 I.P, they do form a relatively large industrial complex on National Highway 51. Tam Phuoc I.P. coupled with Tam Phuoc residential area, new city of Tam Phuoc, Long Thanh town becomes a source for labour force, services and industrial estate related development.
The project site has an area of 18 hectares located in the planned residential area for the purpose to support the industrial park development. There is already the detailed land use planning with approval, of which meaning is to support Tam Phuoc industrial park in providing housing to families whose houses are in the site clearance area for the industrial park construction, and to workers who are working in surrounding areas, and in creating favorable investment environment by providing land pool to high income workers and managing staff working in the industrial park.
Furthermore, the construction of Tam Phuoc residential area will contribute to the development of Tam Phuoc new city with sufficient conditions that a city must have, and then the infrastructure system will gradually be constructed for better standard of living.

The project to develop 15ha Tam Phuoc resettlement area in Tam Phuoc commune, Long Thanh district, Dongnai province is for the following objectives:
● To construct a perfect infrastructure system synchronized with the project site.
● To satisfy actual needs of housing of experts and workers who live and work in Tam Phuoc industrial park.
● To perform the land use planning and to classify each planned area to be suited to the investment and business development trends in line with the development of the surrounding areas and of the whole newly established Tam Phuoc city.
To create beautiful landscape in the whole area.
The project site is on an area of 15 hectares in Tam Phuoc commune, Long Thanh district, Dongnai province:
● Bordering Tam Phuoc industrial park to the north.
● Bordering the existing residential area to the south.
● Bordering the planned residential area to the east.
● Bordering the Land Survey High School 3 to the west.
Master plan of the whole area
The 3-floor apartment building located to the east of the area, which is for workers to rent, is in the separate area between two internal roads and partly borders the industrial park. Such location of the building makes it isolated from others and suited to those who do shift work.
The villas for high-income workers and managing staff to lease are constructed to the north of the area. This position is 60m adjacent to the separate tree lines bordering the industrial park, which can help the air fresh and the villas separate from the others. The apartments to the west of the area are bordered by three sides of 20-m roads and the tree garden, and stay separate from the worker housing area.
The area for public utilities at the central part of the area, together with the tree gardens, creates a beautiful center of the whole area.

In summary, the project will make a certain contribution to enhance the beauty of the whole urban area and create more land pool to Dongnai province"s in particular and the whole country"s in general. The project master plan has also set out sufficient resolutions to limit bad effects to the environment. However, there must be specific regulations applied to all building executive bodies as well as regulations on management of the residential areas in order to minimize probable bad effects to the environment of the whole area.
