- Bordering on the junction of Dong Nai & Nha Be rivers to the north-west.
- Bordering on Tin Nghia petrol depot project site to the south.
- Bordering on the planned inter-port routes to the east.
- Bordering on theBenNghe GeneralPortproject site to the north
Project goals :
The Tin Nghia General Port project will be able of accomodating up to 30,000-DWT marine vessels where exploiting the natural condition advantages to meet the demand of cargo loading/unloading serving the construction and operation of Nhon Trach-based industrial estates in particular and in the south in general, in combination with import/export activities for Dong Nai province as well as provinces and cities in the south’s key economic region.

- Land compensation and clearance in progress.
- Completed with site surveillance. Elementary & construction designing now under completion.
