The project involves a petrol depot together with a port known as Phu Huu covering the following tasks :

• planning a general depot in 20-hectare area including port, pipings, depot, chemical, asphalt stockhouses, LPG warehouse, lubricant oil preparation station …
• Designing total premises of the petrol depot and Phu Huu port in two phases. Phase 1 to erect two 15,000 cu.m. tanks and six 5,000 cu.m. tanks. Total 60,000 cu.m in capacity.
• Designing 30,000 DWT dock and 5,000 DWT dock.
• Designing technical items of the depot involving engineering pipings, water & power supply, fire fighting & prevention system, water drainage, yards…
• Designing petrol tanks of 5,000 cu.m, 15,000 cu.m.
• Designing main works involving automobile exits, oil pumps, fire-fighting water.
• designing auxiliary works

Estimated investment : 40 million USD (total investment for phase 1)

Development status :

• Completed with phase 1 land compensation and clearance of 20 hectares. Filling and grading now in progress.
• Completed with design documentation and construction drawings for the 30,000 T & 5,000T dock and 60,000 cu.m. petrol depots.
